Some flaws are obvious – for example, wrinkles, soiling, stains or seams that are coming undone. When it is a question of minimising the volume of returns due to faults in fabric or workmanship, it is generally worthwhile taking a closer look and making a quick repair. Depending on the order and your requirements, we can make spot checks or perform a thorough inspection of the entire consignment. These checks are based on the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) specified by our customers, with the results being documented in detail.
